Cycle & Carriage (C&C), a pioneer in Malaysia's automotive retail and aftersales industry, continues its commitment to developing the next generation of automotive talent through the Cycle & Carriage Study Grant and Sponsorship Programme 2026. This year marks the highest number of beneficiaries since the initiative was introduced, with a total of nine aspiring automotive students from Despark International College (DSIC) and Esnet Academy receiving support.
The Cycle & Carriage Study Grant and Sponsorship Programme is part of the company's longstanding Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) initiatives, aimed at supporting and nurturing underprivileged youths into skilled automotive professionals by bridging the gap between industry and education, contributing to the industry need for automotive talents.

The Study Grant and Sponsorship Programme signing ceremony was held at Cycle & Carriage Mutiara Damansara and attended by the beneficiaries and their families. The ceremony was officiated by Mr Adrian Short, CEO of Cycle & Carriage Malaysia, together with Mr James Zhang, Chief Financial Officer, and Mr Mark Ho, General Manager, After Sales.

Beneficiaries of the Cycle & Carriage Study Grant 2026 will receive RM10,000 in financial assistance, while beneficiaries of the Cycle & Carriage Sponsorship Programme 2026 will receive RM8,000. Beyond the financial support, all beneficiaries will be offered employment opportunities with Cycle & Carriage for their first two years upon graduation, providing them with hands-on industry experience under the guidance of skilled professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional service across the company's portfolio of automotive brands.
The Study Grant and Sponsorship Programme is open to Malaysians aged 16 and above who are enrolled in automotive training programmes accredited by the Department of Skills Development (DSD) under the Ministry of Human Resources or the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE). Through this annual initiative, Cycle & Carriage Malaysia continues to invest in developing a future-ready automotive workforce while creating meaningful opportunities for young Malaysians to build rewarding careers in the industry.
